I don't see why there is no hype around this game, it has been out for quite a while, and you can find it in some discount racks for like $20, yet no one plays it. The game features some great shooting experience, the only downside is that it is a rail-shooter, you don't control the person, you simply shoot. However it is still extremely fun, it reminds me of Time Crisis.
